"CJC-1295 plus ipamorelin is a safe alternative to HGH."

Rating:
CJC-1295 raises GH and IGF-1 in short volunteer trials. Safety and benefit over time are untested.
The evidence
The 2006 CJC-1295 trials measured hormone levels in healthy adults for weeks. Ipamorelin was tested in a pharmacology study and a phase 2 trial that missed its main endpoint. No controlled trial has tested the combination or measured muscle, fat or aging outcomes, so "safe" and "alternative" are both unsupported.
